We need to find a way to take all of the rain that comes out of a hurricane and siphon it away to the west. You can keep the wind though, we already have enough of that. We can offer like 20 degrees of heat in the winter for trade.

Yeah, we’re looking at a property in the San Joaquin Valley with ridiculous subsidence issues. Turns out that whole part of California is sinking as the aquifer is drained. It’s nuts.

I meant in the winter time when it's -10F there and 80F in LA, I don't mind giving up some heat so that you can keep your fingers lol

Ahh it's a special kind of hell. I like Temps in the 30s and it can still be nice in the 20s if you stay active. But once it drops below zero it's just cold no matter what you do. Especially when you get that nice cold wind that brings you to minus 10 or worse, it's just awful to me. I'm happy to just not have winter at all anymore. I like running summer tires year round.
